Who handles your information
CRYSKULL is the trading brand of 回响（郑州）科技有限责任公司 in China. We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries and discuss products, quotations and orders.
Information in an inquiry
When you submit a form, we receive your name, email, optional company, delivery country and postcode, product selection, message and any reference file you attach. Please send only information needed for the inquiry. We may record limited campaign tags to understand where an inquiry originated.
Services that support the website
Our website is designed for hosting on Cloudflare. When the inquiry service is activated, inquiry details are sent to our sales email using Resend and to our internal sales group using Lark. A reference file is included in the sales email; the group receives the inquiry details and file name. These providers may process information outside your country. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical browser information to prevent spam when enabled.
Optional analytics
When configured and with your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as adding products to a quote or submitting an inquiry. We do not include your name, email, message, delivery address or attachment name in analytics events. Optional analytics are off unless you select “Allow analytics.” You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Local storage and cookies
Your browser stores your quote selection and cookie preference so they remain available on your next visit. A small set of campaign tags may be stored for the current session. Analytics cookies are used only after consent. The site does not need analytics permission to accept inquiries.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information while it is needed for the business conversation, order processing or applicable legal obligations. Contact sales@cryskull.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for further marketing. We do not automatically enroll inquiry senders in a marketing mailing list.
International inquiries
Submitting an inquiry sends your information to a business operating in China and its service providers. Contact us if you need more information before sharing a file or other details.
